Guidelines for Oral Presentations

  • All the presentations should be in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Detail of presenting author as name, designation, institute, conference registration number and names of all co-authors should be clearly mentioned.
  • It should be structured as title, objectives, methodology, results and conclusions.
  • The duration of presentation is 7 minutes (5 min. for presentation and 2 min for discussion)
  • Keep visiting on website for your presentation schedule.
  • A certificate of presentation shall be issued to the presenting author after the presentation session over.
  • All candidates are instructed to stay there on allotted place at the schedule time slot for their presentation. Absence on the allotted time will be considered as cancellation of presentation.

Instructions for Poster

  • The size of poster should not be more than 4 ft. x 3 ft.
  • Use the font type Arial and font size 12 pt.
  • It should be structured as Title, Authors name, Author affiliation, Objectives, Methodology, Results and Conclusions.
  • The screening of the abstracts will be done by the abstract committee and their decision will be final.

Guidelines for Abstract Submission (Oral & Poster Presentation)

  • Presenting Authors of Oral Papers/Posters/ Case presentations should register for the Conference.
  • The presenting author would be the First author, and the name should be underlined with details of designation, department & Institute.
  • All communications and process of abstract submission are to be done online https://in.eregnow.com/ticketing/register/login/rajmicrocon23
  • Soft Copy of Abstract should be submitted online https://in.eregnow.com/ticketing/register/login/rajmicrocon23 only. No offline abstract will be reviewed/accepted.
  • The contact details with Phone Number and E-mail Address of the Presenter should be submitted along with Abstract.
  • The Abstract must not have been Published at any Conference/Journal before.
  • The last date for Abstract submission for Oral as well as poster presentation is 25th September, 2023.
  • All Abstracts shall be reviewed by Scientific Committee and only those approved, shall be considered for Publishing in Souvenir and will be permitted for Oral/Poster Presentations during the Conference.
  • The Scientific Committee holds the right to Accept/Reject or to consider an Abstract either for Oral or Poster Presentation.
  • Certificates will be given only to the First author whose name has been Conveyed. No Substitute for the same will be entertained.
  • The Category for Oral/Poster Presentation are as follows:
    • Bacteriology
    • Immunology
    • Mycology
    • Virology
    • Parasitology
    • Hospital infection & Control
    • Medical Education
  • Award will be given for best oral presentation, best poster presentation and winner of symposium, debate and quiz.

Guidelines For Abstract Preparation

  • Maximum word limit for an Abstract is 250 words only.
  • Maximum number of Authors allowed is 6.
  • Use Font - Arial, Font Size -12, Line Spacing - 1.5 only.
  • Title must be Written in CAPITAL & BOLD Letters.
  • Type of Presentation : Oral/Poster Presentation.
  • Author Names with their Institutional Affiliation.
  • Abstract must be in a Structured form with main body headings :
    • Background
    • Material and Methods
    • Results
    • Discussion
    • Conclusion
    • Keywords 3 to 5
